Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Trainee to join our Human Resources team under the Tamheer Program. The trainee will assist in various HR functions, focusing on employee services, records management, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily HR operational activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and document management.
- Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Help coordinate internal communications related to HR policies and announcements.
- Participate in preparing reports, letters, and employee files.
- Support in tracking attendance, leaves, and other employee-related data.
- Assist in responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other HR functions such as recruitment, government relations, and payroll as needed.
- Assist in tasks related to Government Relations, including document processing and coordination with external entities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be eligible for the Tamheer Program by HRDF.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic HR team.
- Basic understanding of Government Relations processes and platforms (e.g., Muqeem, GOSI, Qiwa) is a plus.
Eligibility Criteria (as per HRDF):
- Saudi nationality.
- Holds a bachelor's degree or higher.
- Not currently employed and not registered in GOSI for the past 6 months.
- Has not previously benefited from the Tamheer program.
