Philip Morris Management Services is looking for a talented Service Delivery Manager to join the operations team in Saudi Arabia

Role Purpose

As a HR specialist, you will execute P&C processes according to the PMI Global template and ensure that the processes are performed in line with local legislation requirements, PMI Principles & Practices and with high-quality standards in a timely and cost-effective manner in order to provide world class People & Culture services and expertise to the organization.

Your 'day to day'

  • Responsible for providing a full range of P&C operations to support employees’ life cycle.
  • Execute the P&ED strategy leveraging on data analytics and on employee experience for co-creating and efficiently deploy solutions, scaling up program/projects with a collaborative mind-set
  • Execute P&C operations in full compliance with legal requirements and company procedures
  • Monitor, evaluate and administer benefits to ensure that programs are current with regard to trends and practices
  • Coordinate the relations with benefits vendor
  • Coordinate with payroll provider and Shared Service Center (SSC)team efficient, timely and accurate delivery of payroll
  • Be a part of our global talent ecosystem by coordinating international assignment process
  • Work in close cooperation with global Shared Service Center (SSC) team in Krakow to provide guidance to line managers regarding key employee processes

Who We’re Looking For

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any relevant discipline
  • You have 2-3 experience in HR Operations preferably within FMCG companies
  • You have previous experience in SAP or Success Factors or Workday or any other HR system(s)
  • Familiar with KSA local labor laws
  • You have previous experience in KSA government portals (QIWA & GOSI)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
