We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Operations Leader to oversee and enhance our HR operations, manage daily HR functions, drive operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This position requires a deep understanding of HR processes, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead and inspire a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the HR operations team, ensuring the delivery of efficient and high-quality HR services.


  • Core HR Functions: Oversee essential HR activities, including recruitment, employee records management, employee relations, employee engagement, medical insurance, and HRIS administration.


  • Employee Lifecycle: Supervise onboarding and offboarding processes to provide a seamless and positive employee experience.


  • Recruitment Oversight: Conduct interviews for key roles to ensure alignment with organizational needs and cultural fit.


  • Government Compliance: Oversee management of government platforms such as GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, MOL, and HRDF to ensure compliance.


  • Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with labor laws and organizational standards.


  • Process Optimization: Monitor and refine HR workflows to improve productivity and enhance the overall employee experience.


  • Conflict Resolution: Serve as the escalation point for complex employee relations issues, offering guidance and solutions.


  • Data Management: Manage HR metrics and reporting to provide accurate, timely workforce data to stakeholders.

Qualifications:



  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within HR operations, with a proven track record of success.


  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards.


  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related tools.


  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.


  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
