We are looking on behalf of our client for a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the HR strategy, driving organizational culture, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee performance.
Oversee compensation and benefits to maintain market competitiveness and internal equity.
Partner with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Manage employee grievances and disciplinary procedures professionally and fairly.
Prepare HR reports, analytics, and insights for management decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with HR systems and tools (e.g., HRMS platforms such as OrangeHRM or similar).
Fluent in English and Arabic.
