Job responsibilities
- HR Strategy & Implementation:
- Implement HR strategies, developing localized approaches to enhance HR functions.
- Create and execute action plans addressing strategic needs, aligning operational requirements with HR functions.
- Consolidate and implement HR processes at the country level.
- Develop and manage operational metrics to assess HR effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide advice and support to managers on regulations and rules.
- Conduct regular store visits to engage with employees and reinforce company culture
- Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Oversee the talent acquisition process, partnering with managers to develop broad talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage performance and development.
- Employee Relations:
- Provide personal counseling to employees to resolve employee relations issues.
- Provide effective coaching, counseling, and disciplinary strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local labor law
- Minimum of 7 years of HR experience in, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Active listening and coaching skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to deliver excellence with agility
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software.
- Fluency in arabic & english
