Responsibilities
Typical responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, planning, and execution of training programs and workshops.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, room setup, and materials preparation.
- Support the development of training content, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Maintain and update training records and databases.
- Help in conducting post-training evaluations and analyzing feedback to improve program effectiveness.
- Assist in employee onboarding sessions and orientation programs.
- Research best practices and propose new ideas for training improvement.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors for training needs.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
