HR Generalist

Role Purpose: HR Generalist will be an experienced human resource professional who works with the top management team to provide support in all HR programs and services including but not limited to employee relations, recruitment, organization development, policy & procedures and other HR projects as required.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Create a recruitment plan and conduct a full cycle of recruitment starting from job posting till candidate is onboarded according to operation and projects time frames.
• Create onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
• Create, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the government relations team for timely processing of visas, work permit, and other related requests.
• Coordinate travel agency services including tickets, Hotel reservations related to all employees.
• Develop data driven reports to inform and influence HR activities.
• Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records.
• Ensure line managers evaluate employee performance and appraise their pay scale according to HR policy & procedures.

Background & Qualification:

To be a successful fit for this role, the applicant should have the following:

• Bachelor in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent role.
• 2-5 years’ experience in HR.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Recruitment, ER & OD.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
