Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
- Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
- Assist Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Assist new joiners with required medical assessments and client-specific requirements
HR Operations & Administration
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative Task
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Assist with travel, hotel, and transportation bookings for employees
- Support HR events and initiatives
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Contribute to HR team projects and initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration
- Eligible in Tamheer
