How You’ll Make An Impact
- Serve as the primary HR contact for management and employees on strategic and operational topics.
- Drive the implementation of effective HR programs, including recruiting and people development.
- Strategically plan workforce changes and guide staffing coordination with other HR functions.
- Spearhead Saudization and gender diversity initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure quality and adherence to global HR standards and local practices.
- Utilize market dynamics and competitor practices to inform short- and long-term HR strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience in a matrix multinational organization.
- Experience in business growth and ramp-up HR projects.
- Deep knowledge of KSA labor regulations and HR practices.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English languages.
- This position is restricted to Saudi nationals only due to local requirements.
