Key Responsibilities:





  • Talent Management:




    • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.

    • Drive succession planning and career development programs.




  • Manpower Planning:




    • Collaborate with business leaders to forecast workforce needs.

    • Develop and execute effective staffing plans.




  • Budgeting:




    • Oversee HR budget planning and management.

    • Ensure effective allocation and utilization of resources.




  • Performance Management:




    • Implement and manage performance management processes.

    • Support managers in setting performance expectations and conducting appraisals.




  • Organizational Development (OD):




    • Lead OD initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.

    • Design and implement change management strategies.




  • Employee Relations:




    • Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations strategies.

    • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.




  • Learning and Development:




    • Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs.

    • Promote continuous learning and professional development.




  • Compensation and Benefits:




    • Oversee compensation and benefits programs.

    • Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.




  • HR Policies and Compliance:




    • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.





Key Skills and Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of SAP, HRIS and other HR-related software.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
