Job Title: HR Assistant – COOP Trainee

Department: Human Resources

Location: Riyadh – HAD for Communications & IT

Program Type: University COOP Training (3–6 months)

 

Role Summary

The trainee will support the HR team in daily operations, focusing mainly on recruitment, employee data management, documentation, and onboarding activities. This program aims to provide hands-on experience and develop practical HR skills in a professional work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process by screening CVs, contacting candidates, and scheduling interviews.

• Assist in onboarding new employees and preparing required documents.

• Update and maintain employee information on internal systems and HR platforms.

• Prepare and draft HR documents such as contracts, offer letters, and employment certificates.

• Organize and maintain employee files and records (digital and physical).

• Support HR reporting related to hires, exits, and employee movements.

• Handle employee requests and coordinate with the HR team as needed.

• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

• Perform any administrative tasks related to the HR department.

 

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Willingness to learn and develop in the HR field.

• Good command of English.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s student majoring in:

• Human Resources

• Must be eligible for a COOP training program (3–6 months).
