For our office in Riyadh, we are looking for

HR & Admin Manager - 100% (m/f)

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in handling HR and Administrative tasks with a hands-on approach, capable of streamlining processes, leading a diverse team, and supporting the overall business strategy of our rapidly expanding presence in Saudi Arabia.

Kye Responsibilities

HR Management:

  • Oversee the hiring and onboarding of new employees
  • Draft and prepare employment contracts
  • Be the single point of contact for all employees' daily HR-related requests
  • Provide guidance and strategy with regards to company's Saudization
  • Lead the preparation and maintain up-to-date standard operations procedures for employee management
  • Support finance department in monthly payroll preparation and processing

Administration

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, facility management, and office supplies.
  • Oversee administrative staff, ensuring efficient and effective administrative processes.
  • Coordinate with HR to manage employee records, contracts, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, including office health and safety standards.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 7 years of experience in HR and administration roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Experience in Saudi Arabia and knowledge of local regulations is an advantage.
