Roles And Responsibilities
- Coordinate HR-related activities and processes in accordance with Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.
- Liaise with government agencies and ensure compliance with legal requirements for HR operations.
- Handle administrative duties for the KSA office, including but not limited to documentation, record-keeping, and office management tasks.
- Communicate effectively with employees and management to address Admin-related inquiries and concerns.
- Perform other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
- University graduate in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Proficient in English language (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of HR practices and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Possess a valid driving license
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in HR coordination or a related role.
