We’re seeking a dedicated leader who can inspire and manage the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure every room and public area shines.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
No two days are the same, but you’ll mostly be:
Leading and motivating the housekeeping team to consistently exceed cleanliness and service standards
Managing daily housekeeping operations, including room inspections, inventory control, and scheduling
Training, coaching, and developing staff to promote efficiency and high morale
Collaborating closely with front office, maintenance, and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences
Monitoring supplies, managing budgets, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing of cleaning materials and equipment
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Responding promptly and professionally to guest requests and feedback
What we need from you:
Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
A keen eye for detail and passion for maintaining high standards
Ability to manage a team and foster a positive working environment
Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and health & safety regulations
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
