Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover.
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials.
- Answer phone calls and handle inquiries regarding the restaurant.
- Maintain a clean and organized host/hostess station.
- Assist in managing the flow of guests during peak hours.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
