Responsibilities:

• Control the Contractors’ stations and buildings maintenance and inspection activities including the OCC and administration buildings;
• Development and execution of knowledge transfer for all stations and buildings maintenance related disciplines;
• Manage and maintain of all stations, terminals, and related buildings to ensure they continue to be functional, aesthetically pleasing, and accessible to passengers;
• Plan and supervise the construction and renovation of stations, terminals, and buildings;
• Ensure compliance with architectural and accessibility standards in station designs;
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors during the planning and construction phases;
• Manage station maintenance, cleaning, security, and landscaping activities;
• Implement energy-efficient and sustainable practices in station designs and operations;
• Address passenger feedback and complaints related to station facilities;
• Collaborate with marketing teams for station branding and promotional activities;
• Oversee the implementation of digital technologies and amenities in stations to enhance passenger experience;
• Control the Contractors’ stations and buildings maintenance quality (compliance with KPIs).
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Project management skills;
• Railway stations and buildings maintenance background;
• Min. academic degree: B.Sc. Engineering;
• Min. 10 years in in rail industry;
• Min. 5 years in leadership position;
• Min. 10 years in a similar position;
• International experience, preference GCC.
