In this Head of Sales Support position

• Contribute to development of sales administration/ sales support strategy including budget and manpower plans considering business strategy, sales objectives, Group guidelines and policies
• Ensure administration and planning of sales and services contracts and commercial logistics
• Lead implementation support as per agreed specifications and expectations in terms of profitability, efficiency, etc., for both the customer and DHL
• Ensure support is provided to sales teams to prepare quotations and contracts, including rate proposals and proposal writing
• Drive effective processes to provide customer information, support identification and qualification of sales leads
• Ensure customers are supported through preparation of customer documents, customer planning and implementation process
• Liaison between sales and customers, respond to queries on both stock and shipment of orders
• Set and implement the process for completion of post implementation review and report on customer satisfaction
• Contribute to resolution of customer problem management and report on results of corrective processes
• Lead preparation and analysis of sales reports and statistics, and support sales teams in preparing for business reviews
• Coordinate project implementation, deployment of systems/solutions, and process improvement
• Complete post implementation review and report on customer satisfaction
• Support pre- and after-sales activities
