Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Payment Operations. This is a key leadership position responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our payment processing services and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our payment systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize payment operations and improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee the daily operations of payment processing, including transaction processing, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Monitor and analyze payment data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of payment systems with other business processes.
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for payment operations to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in payment operations, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of payment processing systems, protocols, and regulations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing payment operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
