Founded in 2017, HALA is currently duly licensed by the Saudi Arabian Central Bank as well as the Financials Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) in Abu Dhabi Global Market.
We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our brand, creative, communications, and social media content efforts. This senior leadership role will shape the marketing strategy to enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and support our growth objectives in the fintech sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Brand Management:
- Develop and implement strategic branding initiatives that reflect Hala Payment's values and market positioning.
- Elevate brand recognition and affinity through targeted campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Ensure brand coherence across all channels and customer touchpoints, reinforcing our position as a market leader in fintech.
- Creative Direction:
- Lead the creative team in producing innovative and impactful marketing materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to create compelling narratives around our fintech solutions.
- Foster a creative culture within the marketing team to drive innovation and originality.
- Communications Strategy:
- Design and execute communications strategies to enhance corporate reputation and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage media relations and cultivate strong partnerships with industry influencers and journalists.
- Oversee the development of press releases, white papers, and thought leadership content.
- Social Media Content:
- Craft a strategic approach to social media that enhances brand engagement and community building.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content tailored for various social media platforms, maximizing reach and impact.
- Analyze social media metrics to inform strategy adjustments and optimize performance.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, setting clear expectations and objectives.
- Promote continuous learning and professional development within the team.
- Align team efforts with company goals and encourage a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently to achieve maximum return on investment.
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of marketing activities, adjusting strategies as needed to meet budgetary goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on brand strategy, creative direction, communications, and digital marketing within the fintech or technology sectors.
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of managing and developing successful teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
