This opportunity is with a growing retail organisation based in Saudi Arabia.
Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
- Oversee and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to maximise brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Analyse market trends and consumer behaviours to inform marketing decisions.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all marketing activities.
A successful Head of Marketing should have:
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of senior marketing experience within the retail industry.
- Proven track record of building brands through strategic marketing initiatives
- Experience in managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments.
- Fluency in Arabic and English
