Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage IT operations, including network infrastructure, hardware, software, and cloud services.
- Oversee IT budgets, cost management, and resource allocation.
- Ensure data security, risk management, and disaster recovery planning.
- Collaborate with other department heads to identify and implement technological solutions.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance business efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Monitor technological advancements to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to ensure continuous growth and alignment with company goals.
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in IT strategy development and execution.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, network architecture, and cloud computing.
- Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and enterprise software solutions.
