The Head of Hajj & Umrah Business role is critical in driving the growth and strategic direction of our Hajj and Umrah services. The Head of Hajj & Umrah Business will lead commercial activities, form key partnerships, manage revenue targets, and ensure compliance with all regulatory obligations, contributing directly to flyadeal’s mission of offering accessible and efficient religious travel solutions.




Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development and implementation of commercial strategies for Hajj and Umrah services.
  • Oversee the design and launch of competitive Hajj and Umrah packages.
  • Manage the end-to-end Hajj and Umrah business program at flyadeal.
  • Monitor and optimize performance metrics to achieve revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with flyadeal and sister companies marketing and sales teams to boost market reach.
  • Negotiate contracts and partnerships with government entities and travel agencies.
  • Conduct market research to explore new Hajj and Umrah service opportunities.
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and internal policy requirements.
  • Report regularly to senior leadership on Hajj and Umrah business performance.
  • Represent flyadeal in Hajj-related negotiations to secure annual seat quotas.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Aviation, or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of commercial experience in the airline industry,
  • including at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on Hajj and Umrah services.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing partnerships and driving commercial growth in the travel sector.
  • Professional English proficiency and fluency in Arabic (spoken and written)
