Head of Commercial

We are actively looking for a Commercial Head to join our Commercial team,
Core Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the commercial strategy in alignment with company goals.
• Lead and manage sales, marketing, and business development teams.
• Drive revenue growth through pricing, partnerships, and strategic deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to guide decision-making.
• Manage the department’s budget and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and supply chain.
• Use customer insights to enhance experience and drive product positioning.
• Provide regular reports to executive management on commercial performance.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 10+ years of commercial leadership experience, preferably in hypermarkets or electronics retail.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Solid financial and analytical skills.
• Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
