About this opportunity:

You are invited to join us at Ericsson as a member of our Technical and Solution Sales Support team. In this role, your expertise will play a crucial part in influencing the pre-sales, design, and delivery stages of our customer projects. Your contributions will not only strengthen our relationship with customers but will also help position Ericsson as a trailblazer and leader in technology. Your insights and feedback are valuable in guiding our RandD team and will feed into the ongoing excellence of our products and solutions. This role reaches across both MA Domains and BAs and offers unique opportunities to work closely with the Key Account CTOs in the CUs.

What you will do:

  • Understand and communicate the customer's vision while effectively linking it to Ericsson's products and solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Solutions team.
  • Drive innovation and ensure the continuous improvement of solutions and services.
  • Spearhead technical discussions with our clients, actively investigating their needs, and formulating suitable solutions.
  • Offer specialized sales support for specific deals, encompassing the formulation of strategic plans, the management of customer workshops, and the analyse of market trends.
  • Actively participate in promoting knowledge sharing within the team by disseminating best practices and insights.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Implement and maintain best practices in project management.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.

The skills you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in telecommunication Engineering or Computer science
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in a technology or solutions-focused role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Business support system including (Charging, mediation, order management, orchestrator)
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology solutions.
  • Experience in telecommunication technologies.
  • Experience in dealing with multivendor competition.
  • Experience in project management and client relationship management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Deep understanding of software development, systems architecture, and IT infrastructure. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • proven record of line management responsibility
