As the Head of Audit, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive audit program to assess the company's internal controls, risk management processes, and compliance with regulations and policies. You will lead a team of audit professionals and work closely with senior management to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing operational efficiency and mitigating risks. Your role will be instrumental in promoting a culture of compliance and accountability throughout the organization

• Develop and execute an annual audit plan, encompassing financial, operational, and compliance audits.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify key areas of focus and develop strategies to address potential risks.
• Lead and manage a team of audit professionals, ensuring effective execution of audit projects.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Review and assess the company's compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings, recommendations, and action plans to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and monitor their progress.
• Stay updated on changes in regulations, industry best practices, and emerging risks to enhance the audit program.
• Conduct investigations into suspected fraudulent activities or irregularities as needed.
