Key Responsibilities – Branding Design, Visual Storytelling & Creative Collaboration
- Conceptualize, develop, and execute original branding designs, including logos, product packaging, digital assets, in-store visuals, and marketing materials.
- Uphold and evolve the Niceone visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, and retail) to develop creative solutions that align with brand strategy and campaign goals.
- Create and prepare design files for digital, print, and social media, meeting quality and accuracy standards.
- Design compelling presentations and brand guidelines to communicate creative concepts and maintain consistency.
- Stay current on branding trends, design innovations, and consumer insights to proactively inspire and implement new ideas.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Support photoshoots, video shoots, and content production as part of the creative process, when needed.
- Participate in feedback sessions and make revisions to deliver high-quality final assets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, or related creative fields; agency or in-house brand work preferred.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software; motion graphics and video editing skills are a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print design work with an emphasis on brand identity projects.
- Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to receive constructive feedback, iterate quickly, and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media content creation, and adapting designs for multiple platforms.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively on multiple concurrent projects.
- Creative and strategic thinker passionate about visual storytelling and brand building.
