Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (entry-level) who is passionate about visual communication and has a strong foundation in design principles. As a Graphic Designer in our organization, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content for various digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into engaging graphics that effectively communicate our brand message. This role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to develop their skills in a dynamic work environment. You will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in design software, possess an understanding of design theory, and be capable of adapting designs based on feedback. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset and be comfortable working remotely.

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to develop designs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present ideas and receive feedback effectively.
  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in graphic design.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with web and mobile design practices is a plus.
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creative problem-solving.
  • Willingness to accept constructive criticism and use it to improve designs.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and execute visually appealing designs that meet client needs.
  • Create graphics and layouts for various digital platforms, including website, social media, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Develop print materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards that align with brand identity.
  • Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders and clients, ensuring final output aligns with requirements.
  • Maintain organized files of completed projects and edits for future reference.
  • Stay current with design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into projects.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas that drive project development.
  • Assist in the preparation of design presentations for internal and client meetings.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all visuals are accurate and error-free prior to publication.
  • Embrace an iterative process in design and be open to exploring multiple concepts.
  • Support the marketing team by providing design resources as needed for campaigns and promotions.
  • Seek mentorship and feedback from senior designers to enhance skills and competencies.
  • Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines consistently while ensuring a high-quality work standard.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent artistic ability and a keen eye for aesthetics and details.

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts relevant to graphic design.
  • Understanding of print production processes and specifications is advantageous.
