Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will assist in creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of design concepts for various projects, including digital graphics, print materials, and social media content as well as event branding.
• Collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
• Create layouts, logos, mockups, and illustrations that meet brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal.
• Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects to produce engaging graphics and animations.
• Stay updated on design trends and software advancements to continuously improve skills and creativity.
• Prepare and present design ideas and prototypes to team members and stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining the organization’s digital asset library and ensuring proper file management.
• Assist in creating ideas and designs for various types of events.
• Assist in finalizing well-designed proposals and profiles to share with clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
