Key Responsibilities
- Design Creation: Develop and produce engaging graphics for a variety of media, including print, digital, and social media, to promote hospital services and events.
- Brand Development: Ensure that all designs adhere to the hospital's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all marketing materials.
- Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the Marketing team and other departments to understand design needs and deliver creative solutions.
- Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs in a timely manner.
- Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance creative output.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Desired Education: Master’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a healthcare or corporate setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity and technical skills.
