As a Graduate - External Programs, you will be part of a dynamic team focusing on the implementation of external regulatory frameworks, local content requirements, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles. This entry-level position involves supporting the team's efforts in compliance, assessment, and reporting while gaining valuable experience in stakeholder engagement and the operational landscape of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Implementation of Strategic Initiatives
• Assist in the implementation of local content and ESG principles across various projects and operations aligned with organizational goals
• Monitor and report on compliance with government policies, providing insights and recommendations
• Contribute to the preparation of documentation and reports associated with local content and ESG compliance
• Engagement with Suppliers
• Support initiatives aimed at developing local suppliers and promoting compliance with procurement requirements
• Collaborate with the team to assist suppliers in understanding and meeting local content stipulations and ESG expectations
• Collaboration and Networking
• Engage with various internal departments to facilitate information sharing and compliance efforts
• Assist in maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies and suppliers, to promote collaborative efforts
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Policy, Environmental Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in compliance, policy analysis, or supplier development through internships or academic projects
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex information clearly
• Proficiency in English is required; basic knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks and responsibilities
• An understanding of the local business environment in Saudi Arabia and a passion for contributing to the Vision 2030 initiative are advantageous
