WSP Middle East is on the lookout for a Graduate to Junior Engineer to join our innovative Building Technology Systems (BTS) team in Riyadh, KSA. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic team that’s shaping the future of building technology in the region

Are you a talented and ambitious KSA National, fresh out of university or with a few years of experience? Do you have a passion for technology and a desire to make a mark in the engineering world? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Your new role, what's involved?

• Work alongside experienced engineers and industry experts who will guide and mentor you as you grow in your role.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in building technology, ensuring that our projects remain cutting-edge.
• Play an active role in the development of project proposals, client presentations, and the technical design of audiovisual, automation, ICT, and security systems.
• Work closely with senior engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects that exceed client expectations.
• Participate in site inspections, project meetings, and technical discussions, gaining practical experience that will set you apart in your career.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and reports, honing your skills in key software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Rhino.
  
  

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field (such as automation, computer science, electrical engineering, or similar) with a keen interest in building technology engineering.
• Recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome. Previous internships or work experience in building technology systems is a bonus, but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of building technology systems, including audiovisual, automation & building management, ICT, and security systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and work effectively in a team.
