Your new role, what's involved?

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Engineer – Bridges & Tunnels to join our growing infrastructure design team. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate in Civil Engineering with a focus or academic background in the design of bridges and tunnels. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career with hands-on experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects under the guidance of industry experts.

• Support the design and analysis of bridges, tunnels, and other transportation structures as part of multidisciplinary project teams.
• Assist in the preparation of design drawings, technical reports, and calculations under supervision.
• Use engineering software to perform structural analysis and modeling (e.g., STAAD, MIDAS, AutoCAD, Revit).
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and coordination meetings as required.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and designers to develop efficient and innovative solutions.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable standards, codes, and client requirements (e.g., AASHTO, Eurocode, BS).
• Contribute to the quality assurance process by checking and reviewing deliverables.
• Stay updated on engineering trends, innovations, and best practices in the field of bridge and tunnel design.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with coursework or thesis focus on bridge and tunnel design.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience (internships or academic projects may be considered).
• Basic understanding of structural behavior and design principles.
• Familiarity with structural design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD, MIDAS, LUSAS).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
