Job Objective
The Government Services Representative aims to provide necessary government services to the company by reviewing government agencies and following up on transactions to ensure organizational goals are met.
Responsibilities
Review Government Agencies: Visit various government agencies to review the company’s applications and transactions, ensuring compliance with requirements.
Follow Up on Transactions: Monitor the status of submitted transactions and ensure timely completion, updating management on developments.
Submit Applications: Prepare and submit applications related to government services such as licenses, approvals, and permits for the company.
Document Collection: Gather all required documents for completing transactions and ensure all necessary requirements are met.
Provide Guidance: Offer advice and guidance to management on procedures and requirements needed to obtain government services.
Problem Resolution: Address any issues or inquiries related to government services and work on finding suitable solutions.
Enhance Company Reputation: Work to enhance the company’s image by providing outstanding government services, contributing to the achievement of company objectives.
