Description

At Mnzil, partnerships with the public sector play a critical role in scaling our impact. As a fast-growing prop-tech company transforming labor housing and real estate services across Saudi Arabia, we actively work with government entities through structured, compliant, and competitive tender processes.

As a B2G Associate, you will be responsible for managing government tenders end-to-end, with a primary focus on Etimad (اعتماد). This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, commercial awareness, and strong coordination skills are essential.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in B2G, government tenders, or public sector sales/support roles.
• Hands-on experience with the Etimad (اعتماد) platform.
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes in Saudi Arabia.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage deadlines effectively.
• Strong written communication skills in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and document management tools.
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

Government Tenders (B2G)

• Manage and track government tenders via the Etimad platform from announcement to submission.
• Review RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents, and assess eligibility and requirements.
  
  

Tender Preparation & Submission

• Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Operations, Technical) to collect required documents and inputs.
• Prepare and organize technical, commercial, and compliance documents for submission.
• Ensure all submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
  
  

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain updated company profiles, certificates, and registrations required for government tenders.
• Ensure full compliance with government procurement regulations and tender requirements.
  
  

Follow-Ups & Reporting

• Track tender statuses, clarifications, and results on Etimad.
• Prepare internal reports on submitted tenders, outcomes, and upcoming opportunities.
  
  

Process Improvement

• Support the development of internal tender processes, templates, and checklists to improve efficiency and success rates.
