【Job Responsibilities】

【Job Requirements】

The Government Relations Officer handles all communication and coordination with government authorities to ensure the company’s full compliance with local regulations. The role includes responsibility for managing permits, licenses, and legal documentation, as well as ensuring the company is fully prepared for inspections and visits from government entities, especially at warehouse sites. Key Responsibilities: -Act as the primary liaison between the company and government agencies. -Follow up on and process all licenses, permits, and official approvals. -Ensure the company is always in compliance with current laws and regulations. -Monitor updates to government policies and platforms (e.g., civil defense , Balady, ministry of human resource ). -Prepare the company and its facilities (especially warehouses) for official inspections and site visits. -Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all documentation and facility conditions meet government standards. -Represent the company during visits and audits conducted by regulatory bodies. -Build and maintain strong working relationships with key government stakeholders. -Resolve any compliance issues raised by government entities quickly and professionally.
