Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in governance, compliance, administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a fast-paced tech or startup environment is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks, governance best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, with excellent time-management skills.
- Good understanding of governance, risk, and compliance principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex governance information clearly.
- Proficiency in using document management systems and governance tools (e.g., SharePoint, Google Workspace, Confluence).
- Experience working in a remote role or managing workflows remotely.
- Familiarity with cloud-based document management systems and version control processes.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices to ensure secure handling of sensitive data.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Law, Governance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- A professional certification in governance, risk management, or compliance (e.g., CCEP, GRC certification) is a plus.
