We are seeking highly skilled and experienced GCM (Global Commodity Manager) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of end to end STP (source to pay) process and practices, and will be responsible for explore validate new supplier, assess supplier competence, manage contract and supplier performance, conduct strategy and activity on international MFG projects. The global MFG GP GCM will collaborate with LME\legal\finance\logistical ax, deliver GP value, including maintain policy compliance, contribute saving value and support LME global optimization.

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced GCM (Global Commodity Manager) to join our team. Responsibilities
- Design sourcing strategies based on internal needs and external market trends.
- Lead supplier onboarding and qualification through surveys and audits.
- Manage RFP processes and supplier selection with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in contract negotiations and manage contract changes and compliance.
- Define supplier strategies aligned with Lenovos manufacturing programs.
- Enhance supplier partnerships through strategic alignment and regular engagement.
- Monitor supplier performance and risks, driving innovation and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies while pursuing continuous professional development.
- Bachelors degree and minimum 8 years of procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong category management expertise and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Technical knowledge of specifications, SAP, and office tools; AI tools and KSA regulations are a plus.
- Experience in supplier evaluation, negotiation, and risk mitigation.
- Familiarity with contract management and financial impact assessment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
