The opportunity

To build You as an Assistant in creating specialist documents such as test reports, check lists, assembly and commissioning instructions in the business unit/sub-unit. Ensuring and evaluating the empirical values from assembly. Maintenance of good contact with the partners in the business unit to exchange information. Advising customers regarding possible prophylactic measures for avoiding disturbances in installations and attachment components. Continuous information to the superior on the requirements profile of the assembly personnel and the personnel requirements. Extension of technical and general knowledge. Keeping complete and clear documentation of the current projects advising partners in assembly-related matters. The job holder is responsible for the quality of his or her work and monitors the observance of the QA requirements. He advocates for the continuous improvement of the

processes.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Project preparation (input)During the preparation phase of a project, the IPM is responsible for the following activities.
• Creation of PT for the PM. Process documentation, see Intranet / Our Company / Quality Management / Process Sequences/. Checking the PT as well as adaptation to the actual scope of supply upon receipt of the order.
• Assembly planning by creating a detailed sequence program with all project-relevant activities and Personnel planning through determining the personnel requirements and initiating the reservations in own department as well as with sub suppliers.
• Creation of the scheduling in consultation with the customer and PM and determination of the required assembly tools in cooperation with the responsible assembly personnel. Timely procurement and shipping to the construction site and determination of the required assembly consumables and timely

• Regulation of the responsibilities, information paths and working relationships between the project participants and the construction site (including customer, consultant, representative) in the form of organizational and flow charts or, if necessary, construction site regulations.

• Continuous checking of the accrued costs through a comparison of budge and actual costs in SAP, so that deviations are identified early on and corresponding measures can be initiated.
• Evaluation of the progress reports. Informing the project managers and any further partners on the status of the work (AD reports), on the progress (progress report), and on the accrued costs (cumulative working hours and costs).
• Inspection and initialing of the time sheets. Questionable time and expense reports are to be discussed with the superior. The basis for this is the "Regulations for Assembly and Commissioning Personnel".

• Handling of insurance cases after consultation and in agreement with the insurer and the responsible project manager. Requesting of commissioning personnel according to the current personnel planning from internal or external offices.
• Monitoring of the observance of accident prevention regulations and monitoring or observance of the valid quality assurance measures.
• Advising and supporting the employees at the construction site in organizational and technical matters.
• Holding discussions with construction site workers when they visit the headquarters.
• Participation in project meetings as a member of the project organization.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• Bachelor’s Mechanical / Electrical engineering.
• Previous Working experience less then 7 Years with GIS preferred.
• Previous experience with SF6 GAS-Handling.
• PGHV Transmission & Sub transmission GIS Product knowledge preferred.
• Having capability use MS project professionally.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
