Responsibilities

• Provide senior review and design leadership using proven technical skills to support various projects, undertake detailed designs and engage in peer-review to produce quality deliverables.
• Project management experience and understanding of the needs and approaches to the engineering consultancy and design markets, including relationships with clients, and work planning.
• Act in a senior role with multi-tasking abilities in a fast-moving engineering consultancy environment.
• Application of Design Standards and Guidelines in geotechnical investigation, assessment and design methodology application for various government, public agencies, and private sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and technical skills and the ability to mentor, coach and support the development of teams.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to liaise with clients.
• Excellent report writing, proposal writing and scope understanding skills to produce quality deliverables.
  
  

Candidates Should Have

• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in supervision of geotechnical aspects in infrastructure
• and tunnelling projects.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MENA region.
• Must hold a recognized civil engineering degree with sufficient experience in supervising geotechnical activities.
