General Manager – Saudi Arabia

We’re looking for General Manager, Saudi Arabia will be responsible for leading Aggreko’s business in Saudi Arabia, with approximately 150 FTE. The main objective of this role is to drive strong growth in all focus segments, leading day-to-day operations, and representing Aggreko externally with all stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute go-to-market plans that anticipates market dynamics and enables the business to deliver revenue and EBITDA growth.
• Drive the day-to-day performance of the business to meet agreed performance goals (revenue, EBITDA, working capital, utilisation, customer satisfaction, health and safety, employee engagement) and future growth.
• Develop a cohesive and high performing team, in full alignment with the ME region.
• Drive the right culture aligned with the Aggreko values and leadership behaviours.
• Manage talent to ensure the right capabilities are in place to deliver on current and future performance requirements.
• Engage key customers and establish strong relationships; represent Aggreko externally with government institutions.
• Ensure that the business is following all relevant laws and regulations in the country.
  
  

You’ll Have The Following Skills And Experience

• General management experience, leading comparable businesses with a track record of delivering strong revenue and EBITDA growth.
• Relevant experience in the energy sector, ideally with selling solutions and services.
• Strong network with customers and other key stakeholders across Saudi Arabia.
• Proven people leader with demonstrated experience of building high performing teams. Must have experience leading sales.
• Able to understand and navigate the local business context, including cultural and governmental aspects unique to Saudi Arabia.
• Has an entrepreneurial mindset; ideally experience in fast paced business environment.
