The Role
We have an urgent requirement for FM General Manager Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Sector: Facility Management Our client in Saudi Arabia is a leading company in the field of facility management, construction, trading and investment which focusing primarily on all areas of operation and maintenance. They are currently looking for a FM General Manager to be based in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate must be able to lead the FM Division, drive implementation of best practices across contracts, work with bid teams to support the operational strategy, ensure that bids and contracts balance maximizing profit with minimizing risk, and ensuring compliance with the company financial policy and standards.
Requirements
Candidates must have the following qualifications below: • 10 years’ experience in similar position within Facility Management company • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is highly desirable • Strong experience in leading the FM Division in the consistent delivery of operational FM solutions across business unit • Strong experience in resolving significant contractual issues on existing contracts, acting to identify and mitigate actual and/or potential problems • Middle East/Regional experience is required This is an exceptional opportunity for a goal driven and career minded individual who wants to join a highly successful organization.
