Accountabilities

 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • General Ledger Management:
  • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal controls
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for audits and regulatory filings.

  • Account Reconciliation:
  • Conduct detailed reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor and manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of accounting operations.
  • Develop and document accounting procedures and controls.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other finance team members to support financial planning and analysis.
  • Provide support for special projects and ad-hoc reporting as needed.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation for audit purposes.

Work Environment

  • Indoors : 95%
  • Outdoors : 5%
  • Working Days : 5 Working Days
  • Days off : 2 Days Off
  • Working Hours : 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1 hour break)

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Accounting
  • Awareness of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

Experience

  • 3 to 5 Years of Experience

Computer Skills

  • MS Office Suite

Languages

  • English
  • Arabic
