We’re hiring a General Manager to lead a growing contracting business with vision, ownership, and operational excellence.

This isn’t a role for someone who just manages. It’s for someone who builds — people, processes, relationships, and results. You’ll be responsible for driving performance across all functions, leading the team, and delivering high-quality projects while ensuring efficiency, profitability, and growth.

What You’ll Do:

✓ Lead day-to-day operations across contracting, project execution, and business support functions

✓ Oversee planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and project delivery timelines

✓ Build and lead high-performing site, technical, and admin teams

✓ Monitor project quality, cost, safety, and client satisfaction

✓ Manage relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and government entities

✓ Identify areas for improvement, drive operational excellence, and reduce inefficiencies

✓ Collaborate with ownership to align execution with business goals and long-term strategy

Who You Are:

✓ Proven experience in general management or senior leadership roles in the contracting or construction industry

✓ Deep understanding of project lifecycle, technical execution, and field operations

✓ Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams

✓ Business-minded — you think in terms of performance, cost, and growth

✓ Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English

✓ Results-driven, decisive, and adaptable under pressure
