The GE Vernova Human Resources Leadership Program focuses on early career professionals, with prior work experience, who are looking to grow their career in Human resources through HR experiential learning that will help build leadership potential and develop skills to be a successful full-time HR professional. Job Description
What you’ll do:
GE Vernova’s Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP) is a two-year rotational program composed of 3 rotations in different areas of the function and businesses to allow you to constantly challenge yourself. While on program, you will receive in-person and virtual training to aid in your development, have opportunities to lead and participate in impactful projects, and network with senior HR leaders across the globe.
The program is divided into three eight-month rotations, with assignments in following areas: People Partner (hourly/ salaried), People Operations and a Specialist role such as total rewards, talent acquisition, or talent management & development. Your experience will be unique and personalized based on your interests, competencies, and business needs. The responsibility and autonomy you are provided will empower you to make business-shaping decisions.

What You’ll Bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, business, psychology or related field with GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0.
- Prior full-time work experience required.
- Must be geographically mobile within country. Relocation assistance provided.
- The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction.
- Relevant HR experience.

- You have minimum two (2) years of prior full-time work experience in human resources, business, liberal arts, finance, accounting or law.
