This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. - Master the art of AI-powered debugging using sophisticated RAG vector stores and analysis tools
- Orchestrate AI development agents to craft and deploy groundbreaking features in cloud-native environments
- Drive innovation as part of an elite global team delivering enterprise-level solutions
- Wrestling with tedious infrastructure tasks - we've automated the boring stuff
- Watching the clock in endless meetings - we believe in maximizing your coding time
- Pioneer AI-enhanced features that transform service provider workflows and deliver unprecedented efficiency gains
- Proven track record with 4+ years crafting production-grade server-side web applications
- Hands-on expertise with modern GenAI tools like Github Copilot, Cursor, or v0.dev (traditional ML experience alone won't cut it)
- Enthusiasm for incorporating GenAI into your daily development workflow
