CADO is a tech company with a core mission to support our corporate clients in making their corporate gifting simple, smooth and effective. Helping them gift with purpose and have a social impact. After a strong traction over the past 12 months in UAE, we secured a fundraising round and are now expanding quickly and opening more countries (KSA, Kuwait & rest of GCC).
About the Role:
Role Description:
As a Full-Cycle Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating, managing, and closing sales opportunities. You will own the entire sales process—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and ensuring long-term client satisfaction. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, high-energy individual with a strong network and experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, or luxury goods.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and engage potential corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) in Riyadh.
- Develop a strong pipeline of leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase Cado’s gifting solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals with corporate clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution and post-sale account management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in businesses across various industries (hospitality, banking, luxury retail, FMCG, and more).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
- Provide personalized gifting solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
- Offer ongoing support to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts in the Saudi gifting and corporate rewards sector.
- Provide insights and feedback to the Cado team to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand Cado’s presence in Riyadh.
Requ</strong>irements:
- Experience: 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in corporate gifting, luxury goods, B2B sales, or e-commerce.
- Network: Strong connections within Riyadh’s corporate sector, including HR, procurement, and marketing teams.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
- Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, sales automation software, and digital communication platforms.
- Language: Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Personality: Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a high level of business acumen.
