- Our Front Office Manager love the hustle and bustle of life! It’s not just about check-in and check-out. It’s about everything in-between.
- You will manage our front office team and lead by example, ensuring all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level.
- Work proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution
- You will exude patience, empathy and have the personality to host the show, whilst managing budgets and inventory
- You will be expected to occasionally and in low season to step in to operations
- As an integral part of the management team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the front office department.
- Proven experience in front office with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! Attitude
- You are a natural and hands-on leader and have a passion for developing your team
- An eye for detail
- Ability to find creative solutions
- Passionate about creating extraordinary service
- Experienced in using IT systems and various tools
- Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction
- Strong verbal communication skills
