Job Responsibility-
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
- Register guests and assign rooms
- Provide information about services, facilities, and local attractions
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist guests with any requests or issues they may have during their stay
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Saudi national with fluent Arabic and English language skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of basic computer applications and hotel booking systems
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure
