About the Company:
At Maharah, we work on elevating the human resources sector in the region by providing manpower services for the public and private sectors and meeting the needs of the local market through an integrated service, including the services of the business sector, the individuals sector, Esnad Maharah – Nationalization Program – and the talent hub platform services. Maharah aims to provide the market with national and foreign manpower, highly qualified in more than 280 professions, as well as providing innovative solutions to human resources departments in various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support content strategies that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Write, edit, and proofread copy for a variety of formats including campaign scripts, social media content, speeches, and video narratives — in both Arabic and English.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and strategic teams to execute integrated campaigns aligned with the program’s objectives.
- Conduct research and monitor trends to inform content direction and ensure relevance.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all materials.
- Analyse performance data to continuously improve content impact and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 1–5years of relevant experience in creative writing, content strategy, or advertising.
- Bachelor’s degree in, Marketing, or a related field.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong bilingual copywriting skills and campaign experience.
- Excellent knowledge of tone, language adaptation, and storytelling techniques.
- Previous experience working on creative campaigns, preferably within the government or public sector.
- Proficiency with content management tools and familiarity with social media platforms and SEO principles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Requirements and Skills:
- Creative script writing abilities for various content formats such as videos, articles, or ad campaigns.
- Ability to adapt writing styles to suit different tones, audiences, and content types.
- Strong research skills to gather information, analyze trends, and incorporate findings into content strategies.
- Proficient in crafting engaging social media posts tailored to different platforms, demonstrating an understanding of audience preferences and platform nuances.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on worker requests and complaints submitted through the system in coordination with relevant departments.
Communicate directly with the worker before closing any complaint to confirm satisfaction.
Contact the worker if requests have not been fulfilled and issue a formal apology.
Resolve requests and complaints according to the established service level agreements (SLAs).
Submit daily reports on tasks and achievements related to worker care to the Worker Care Supervisor.
Provide recommendations and suggestions received from workers to the Worker Care Supervisor.
Adhere to the communication quality standards set by the management.
Share any observations that may affect worker satisfaction with senior management.
Stay up-to-date on internal systems and work procedures.
Participate in regular departmental meetings.
Follow approved policies and procedures.
Maintain complete confidentiality of all work-related matters.
Perform any other duties related to the role as assigned.
