The Role:

We’re looking for a Founding Full Stack Engineer who’s ready to build from Day Zero.

You’ll work directly with the founders and world-class advisors to architect, launch, and scale our financial platform from scratch.

This is a unique zero-to-one opportunity: you'll shape the technical DNA of the company and play a critical role in everything from product strategy to system architecture to technical hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, build, and execute the technical vision alongside the founding team and advisors.
• Design and develop the full-stack financial platform — from user interfaces to core infrastructure.
• Prioritize scalability, security, and a world-class user experience from day one.
• Rapidly prototype, iterate, and launch new products based on real customer feedback.
• Champion engineering excellence and help build a high-performing product team.
• Stay at the forefront of FinTech, SaaS, and eCommerce technology trends.

Ideal Profile:

• 4–8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, preferably at a high-growth startup or in FinTech.
• Strong technical skills across modern web technologies: React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS, or equivalents.
• Proven experience building and scaling SaaS platforms or financial products.
• Deep knowledge of system architecture, cloud infrastructure, and security best practices.
• Thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and thinks strategically about technology decisions.
• Passionate about building world-class products that solve real customer pain points.
• Ownership mentality and strong collaboration skills — a true team player.
